The wealth of fabrics in the Balkan’s handwoven rug is a well known fact. Even more mesmerizing is the abundance of motifs, colors and the specific use of the fabrics in the process of making the famous Bulgarian carpet. Today, you will learn about this forgotten craft, which is still practiced by few hardworking young Bulgarians, with interest and love for the Bulgarian old traditions and culture.
